FLIGHT SCHOOL
For the past few years my son has been a whitewater rafting guide and instructor in Buena Vista, CO
Josh guiding us down the Arkansas River, Buena Vista, CO
Robert, hootin' and hollerin' while Kathy gets hammered by a wall of water!
Just for the record, we rafted thru level 3's and 4's. (No 5's!)
Well…
THIS week he started ATP FLIGHT SCHOOL in Dallas!
Tomorrow morning will be his first flight in a Cessna 172 Skyhawk!
GO JOSH!

LARABARS
Some of you have been asking me about LARABARS. Here’s the scoop:
LĂ„RABAR is a delicious blend of unsweetened fruits, nuts and spices - energy in its purest form. Made from 100% whole food, each flavor contains no more than eight ingredients. Pure and simple, just as nature intended.
GLUTEN FREE * DAIRY FREE * SOY FREE * NON-GMO * VEGAN * KOSHER
There are 20+ flavors plus the JOCALAT flavors for you chocolate lovers.
I order online but I have found a few flavors at CVS, Walgreens and even WalMart.

Very cool about Josh!! Dennis got his pilot's license at the age of 40. He and his nephew actually owned a Cessna 150 together for a few years...It was Den's mid-life crisis..I hate to fly, so it was my crisis too!!!!
Thanks for stopping by my blog...Congrats to your young man on realizing a dream. Safe travels!

Hey Kat,
I love your blog. It's always so interesting and lots of fun to read. Congrats to Josh on starting flight school. Roger was an airline pilot for years and I was a flight attendant for not so many years. It's a great way to make a living and commuting allowed Roger to fly out of JFK in NYC and still live in our remote little farm house in the middle of the Ozarks. Also, I love eating healthy so the Larabar is a must try. As always, I look forward to your next installment of the Adventures of Robert and Kathy.

Thanks, Dee. It's always nice to hear from you!
